Bookeroo takes no responsibility and accepts no liability for cancellations, no-shows, the quality or content of a performance, safety incidents, damage, or any dispute between a booker and an entertainer. The people at the party must resolve those issues directly with each other.
Listings, star ratings, “homepage feature” labels and “top of search” labels are not endorsements. Featured places are paid advertising. Reviews are opinions from bookers who paid for a booking, and they can be left only after the party. A review of two stars or fewer cannot be published until five days after the party. A blue “PVG Registered” mark means Bookeroo checked an uploaded file and it appeared to be a Disclosure Scotland PVG scheme membership document. It is not a live search of Disclosure Scotland, DBS or AccessNI. Other badges mean only that the entertainer typed a declaration. Check the documents yourself. Before a booking is made, the booker must confirm they have read the safety information and that they book at their own risk. Bookeroo accepts no responsibility for the booking.
